The regular registration period for Spring Enrichment 2018 ended on Wednesday, May 9. While we are unable to accept additional registrations at this time - as we are preparing nametags, personalized schedules, class lists, etc. - you may do a walk in registration on site at the College of Saint Rose during our Spring Enrichment days, May 16-18. While we will do our best to accommodate walk in registrations, some courses may either be closed out (at capacity) or canceled. The Schedule at a Glance, Comprehensive Program Guidebook and registration form now available from this website have been updated to exclude courses that are no longer available.
Although we will do our best to accommodate walk-in registrations during our Spring Enrichment days, it would be greatly appreciated if you could register in advance. Registrations received by Friday, April 20 are eligible for our early registration discount; otherwise we ask that all registrations be received by the Albany Diocese’s Catholic School Office no later than Monday, May 7 (you have until May 9 to register online).
If you register for four or more regular (2 hour) courses you receive special multi-course discounts so that your fifth through ninth courses are $10 each and we cap registrations at 9 or more regular courses.

There are no discounts for the $5 hour long mini courses.
You can register for Spring Enrichment 2018 by either using a paper registration form or by using our new online registration system. If you choose to register online you will save $5 on your registration.
Course Changes and Cancelations
If a registrant wishes to change their registration in any way (switch to a different course, add a new course, etc) they may do so by logging into the online registration system (if they registered online) or by calling the Catholic School Office at 518-453-6602 before May 8. After May 8 any such changes are to be made at the “New Registration” desk in the Registration & Check-in Area during Spring Enrichment.
If a course is canceled prior to May 9, we will attempt to contact registrants to select an alternate course offering. Individuals who registered online will receive an email instructing them to return to the registration page to switch to a new course; those who registered via printed form will contact the Catholic School Office with their changes. For courses canceled after that date, registrants will be able to indicate their new course selection at the registration and check-in area.
Persons wishing to change course registration from one class to another or to select additional courses during Spring Enrichment are asked to do so at the registration area at least one hour before the scheduled start of their class.
If a course has been canceled and you are unable to make an alternative selection, you may request a refund in writing by June 2.
Checking In Upon your Arrival
Upon your initial arrival on campus for Spring Enrichment, you are expected to check in at the registration area in the Campus Events & Athletics Center’s Atrium. At that time, you will pick up your individual course/workshop schedule, printed name badge and other conference materials. Name badges are to be worn at all times by program attendees.
