Checking-in upon your arrival
Upon their initial arrival on campus for Spring Enrichment, participants are to check in at the registration area in the Campus Events & Athletics Center’s Atrium. At that time, they will pick up their individual course/workshop schedule, printed name badge and other conference materials. Name badges are to be worn at all times by program attendees.
Everyone whose registration had been received by May 11 has a special request printed on their nametag/schedule sheet. As we are all companions along the journey of life and faith, we are asking this year's attendees to remember in prayer during our Spring Enrichment days and the week following Pentecost a randomly selected fellow companion.
Meals & Refreshments
The College’s cafeteria, “the Camelot Room” on the first floor of the Campus Events & Athletics Center will open daily at 7:30am and will remain open until 5pm on Wednesday and Thursday and until 2pm on Friday. The Spring Enrichment Hospitality Desk in the registration area will have information about several off campus dining establishments in the immediate neighborhood. There are also a limited number of vending machines located in the basement of the campus center.
Our exhibits, in the gymnasium, will be open from 12 noon on Wednesday through 3:15pm on Friday (although some exhibitors may not stay for all three days). Attendees will be able to explore the books, goods, materials and services available from a variety of publishers and other partners in ministry. Additionally, diocesan offices and programs will have information about their activities. Click here to view our exhibitor listing and the layout of the exhibition area.
Be the Church Now - Special Program on Thursday for Teens & Young Adults
While several of the courses and presentations throughout the day on Thursday may be of interest to teens and young adults, starting at 4pm we will be having a special mini-conference within Spring Enrichment just for them (and any parents/ drivers/ chaperones with them). For updated schedule and details and registration information for the teen/young adult program go to www.rcda.org/springenrichment and click on “Be the Church Now – Teen/Young Adults at Spring Enrichment”.
During the day on Thursday, May 17 there will be several special service activities taking place immediately outside the gymnasium and in the gym itself. Although they are associated with the Be the Church Now program, all attendees are invited to check them out and take part. In addition throughout our three Spring Enrichment days this year we will have artwork - including massive images from the stations of the cross - done by local artist Patricia Trudeau on display in the gym.
Course Changes and Cancelations
If a registrant wishes to change their registration in any way (switch to a different course, add a new course, etc) they may do so by logging into the online registration system (if they registered online) or by calling the Catholic School Office before May 8. After May 8 any such changes are to be made at the “New Registration” desk in the Registration & Check-in Area during Spring Enrichment. New this year when you make any changes to your schedule (add or switch to another course) or are a walk in registrant, you will receive an "Admit to Class" card so that the instructor knows that you have checked with Registration before taking part in a class that doesn't have you on it attendance/sign in sheet.
Click here for a listing of courses that either have been canceled or that have been closed out due to their reaching seating capacity.
If a course is canceled prior to May 9, we will attempt to contact registrants to select an alternate course offering. Individuals who registered online will receive an email instructing them to return to the registration page to switch to a new course; those who registered via printed form will contact the Catholic School Office with their changes. For courses canceled after that date, registrants will be able to indicate their new course selection at the registration and check-in area.
Persons wishing to change course registration from one class to another or to select additional courses during Spring Enrichment are asked to do so at the registration area at least one hour before the scheduled start of their class.
If a course has been canceled and you are unable to make an alternative selection, you may request a refund in writing by June 2.

With this year's theme being "Companions along the journey" we randomly assigned the name of each participant - registrant, instructor/presenter, exhibitor, staff or committee member - as of May 11 to a fellow companion along the journey and asked that person to pray for their companion during the days of Spring Enrichment and the week following Pentecost (through May 26). The name of your prayer companion/intention was printed below your nametag on the nametag/schedule sheet or was attached to the back of your separate nametag holder (mainly unregistered instructors & exhibitors). Since some people may have missed the intention, you can check the list of prayer companions by clicking here.
catechetical/youth ministry leader or Catholic school principal determine where the course should o on your catechetical certification transcript (if applicable).
We always like to receive feedback from attendees - be they registrants, faculty, exhibitors or staff - to see what went well and what could use some improvement. There are two evaluation forms, one for the overall Spring Enrichment program and the other to be used for individual classes. The class attendance certificate includes the web link to access these online surveys. The link will also be made available under "Attending Spring Enrichment" on our website on Wednesday, May 16.
